Just pointing out that I posted on Dow 10,000 last November. I also wanted to clarify that although the comments section made GE look like a good bet, I didn't recommend them -- I did know about GEAC (which exposes GE to the housing market and mortgage backed securities) even then. I'd interviewed there!

Am I missing something? You said, "So, six years from now? Dow 10,000." So don't count your chickens yet...
Oh, they'll hatch. Or, are you proposing a wager? You know, I'm not a betting man in the public eye. We'll talk offline.
And, as a further point, my assertion is that it'll hang around 10,000 for another five years (a year has elapsed,) not just that it'll be there five years from now. So, I'm reinforced every time it gets near.
