In order to qualify for federal matching funds, Representative McKinney has to get $5000 in donations of up to $250 in all 50 states. So, if you live in a state, you can double your money!
Note that the donations are made using PayPal -- I had to give the last four digits of my credit card before they let me in on this, and it made a difference. So, I'm telling you now.
