From the party of climate change denial to the party of climate change inaction. It really feels like a step up, but a feeling and 35 cents will get you a cup of coffee in Tennessee.
Still, disincentives for mere posturing are rather small right now. I'm particularly discouraged by recent maps that suggest the areas most senstive to climate change are generally those least polluting: e.g. most of Africa, South East Asia, the Arctic and the Australian desert.
...or maybe something more than just coffee. The tennessee valley authority is pursuing two new nukes.
